1625 larkin

1625 Larkin is a seven (7) unit Edwardian building at the intersection of Clay Street.   Classic four (4) room units have been gutted and completely remodeled. The units are large (approximately 950sf) and light filled.  Some units have westerly outlooks to Pacific Heights, the Bay,  and the Golden Gate Bridge. Transportation to downtown is 100 feet away at the corner of Clay, to Civic Center one block away along the Polk and Van Ness lines, and a short 2 block walk to the Silicon Valley shuttle stops.  The vibrant Mid Polk shopping and eating corridor is one block west.  No elevator.  Parking in the building is available periodically, and also in the adjacent building at 1601 Larkin.
